A strong protest programme was held by burning the Labour Code Gazette

On (02.12.2025) a demand letter was submitted to the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) in Siliguri, North Bengal, demanding immediate repeal of the anti-worker labour codes. Along with this, a strong protest programme was held by burning the Labour Code Gazette.
It was led by Shri Anirban Sarkar, General Secretary for North Bengal Affairs of West Bengal Pradesh Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC-WB).
